You guys! I’m in love with my hair currently, which doesn’t usually happen.
My hair also matches my current manicure. The hair/mani match-up wasn’t intentional, but I’m not mad at it, either.
Yesterday, I posted a Boomerang, asking my followers and friends if I should try this Colorista temporary dye that I’d received at an event, not too long ago.
All of three people who replied to my Instagram story told me I should, and while I was unsure about whether or not I wanted indigo hair, I went for it. I mean, it’s supposed to wash out after a few shampoos, so I figured, “Why not?”
The result was not at all what I expected, but in a good way! The dye neutralized the brassiness of my ombre hair and added some light, pastel purple shades. I probably would never have tried out this look purposely, but I’m really happy about how it turned out. Here’s to happy accidents!
