Cozy mom was in full effect today, and everyday, really.
Really leaning into the 2020 uniform: sweat suits. For better or for worse, athleisure is where it’s at for me right now. Athough this might not be the most exciting outfit, when you have a baby, wearing any shade lighter than khaki (especially head-to-toe) feels like a thrill-seeking activity. I’m basically daring my kid to have an explosive shit.
Thankfully, any poops so far, while in the presence of this outfit, have been explosion-free! However, I’m sure there will be plenty of opportunities for my kid to stain it with some sort of projectile.
Wish me luck, but also, I only have myself to blame for any future/potential stains.
I should also note that no matter how long it takes me to get ready, or how cute I may be feeling on any given day, we always end up riiiight here:
