Sometimes I actually like laundry day.
I consider it to be a sartorial challenge.
What I’m basically saying, is that I’d likely not have worn this outfit had it not been a necessity. HAHA. Actually, no. MAYBE I would have, because it didn’t turn out as disjointed as I originally though. That’s honestly one of the great things about a strictly monochromatic wardrobe — even when it doesn’t go together, it kind of goes together, you know?
Do you ever have those days when you put on an outfit, think you look hella cute, leave the house, catch your reflection, and think, “Oh my god, this outfit is all wrong.”? I feel like this outfit was a little bit like that, but when you’ve been working from home for the past couple of months, most outfits are far better than the sweatpants and dirty hair you’ve been rocking for the last few days. Freelance people, can I get am amen?

Really though, I’m just happy to wear what I like and not worry about it maybe snowing later. *Knocks on wood*
